My passion for early childhood education began years ago while working alongside my aunt to help build a childcare program that became a trusted resource for families in our community. That experience shaped my commitment to quality care and strong program leadership.

Since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, families, and educators through high-quality early learning programs. As a childcare provider and program owner, I understand the realities of operating a successful program while meeting licensing and quality standards.

Throughout my career, I have successfully achieved Ohio's highest Step Up To Quality rating, Gold Level, across three different childcare programs. I have also been recognized as Provider of the Year through the YWCA for my commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Through the Dreams Realized Coaching Program, I help providers build strong systems, understand SUTQ requirements, and create sustainable practices that support long-term program success.
